if you want to taste Indonesian smoked salmon fish try this recipe ! it is quick and easy and delicious , your watery mouth will ask for more and more,you can serve it with steam rice , it is one of the main fish dishes.
Ingredients :
two tablespoon of salted butter
half table spoon of chopped red pepper
one table spoon of chopped garlic
one table spoon salt
one table spoon of black pepper
five pieces of salmon fillet
five table spoon of soy sauce
three tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
two table spoon of brown sugar
Preparation:
bring a bowl then add the salt with pepper with garlic, and mix them well all together till you form a paste.
brush the salmon fillet with this mixture from step one
bring a frying pan , then add soy sauce with lemon juice with red pepper with brown sugar , stir well till the brown sugar dissolve
bring a baking tray , add one table spoon of oil then brush the tray all the way , then add the salmon fillet pieces ,then add the sauce mix from step three , then put it on the oven and leave it to boil for 10 minutes , then turn the heat down for 2 minutes till the salmon looks well cooked , you can serve it with steam rice , enjoy!
